If you know that you want to be a homeowner, can afford a payment of at least $2000 a month, and have at least $2500 to put down now, we will make the dream come true for you. Program 2: Buy with no money down, no or low payment for up to 1 year This program is designed for buyers with very good credit. If you're in a position to qualify for a new mortgage, we may be able to help finance your down payment and closing costs. You can get in with no money down and a low monthly payment for up to a year. Program 3: Buy with Owner Financing This program is designed for buyers who have a large amount of money in savings – at least $20,000 – but may have poor credit, or not enough credit to qualify for a loan.
